SMARInsights conducts a post-conference survey of participants to provide TTRA with a review of who attended the survey – type of organization, years in the undustry, etc. – how many conferences they have attended, and their satisfaction with the conference overall and with its various components.

 

TTRA uses this information to tailor future event content and structure, as well as to inform marketing efforts.
